From his early days cooking with his father in the family kitchen to his time spent in California, Colin’s journey has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a love for creating memorable dining experiences.

In 2018, Colin was honored as the Harbor Springs Chamber’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year for his work with Colin’s Corner Café.
